Simple Whole Grain Breakfast Recipe

Our Muesli recipe is simply delicious breakfast that gets the kids' day going and keeps it going! And best of all it changes with your pantry ingredients and kids' taste.

Homemade Muesli 

  • 1 cups rolled oats, 1 lb
  • 1/4-1 C cereal or grains
  • Cinnamon and sugar to taste
  • 1/4  C wheat germ

+ anything else you like or have on hand (here are some ideas)
  • nuts
  • raisins
  • dried fruit
  • chocolate chips
  • flax seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • coconut flakes 

 Toss together and store in an airtight jar. Muesli will keep for several weeks. 

Serve hot or cold, add fresh fruit and honey or maple syrup to taste.
